4. Subscription and Token Billing
Payments for subscriptions and tokens are processed securely via Stripe. Tokens are consumed based on service usage.
5. Immediate Access and Waiver of Withdrawal Right
For the video service to start immediately, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes, including the distribution of copyrighted material without permission.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and data provided on Echo+ are the property of Echo+ or its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Echo+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, prioritizing amicable resolution.
10. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
